IT Administrator - Davao
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month
JOB PURPOSE:
The IT Administrator provides hands-on technical support across end-user computing, cloud collaboration tools, and network infrastructure. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining laptops, administering the organization's Google Workspace environment, coordinating with ISPs and managing firewall/network equipment, and handling day-to-day IT administration for the office and store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS laptop imaging and endpoint management
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
• Experience liaising with ISPs and network hardware vendors is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and support both HQ and store-level IT needs
• Willingness to travel to store locations occasionally, as needed Preferred Certifications
• CompTIA A+ / Network+
• Google Workspace Administrator certification Vendor-specific firewall/networking certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco) — a plus
