We are seeking a versatile and hands-on IT Administrator with a strong background in
ERP application support to manage and support our core business systems and IT
environment. This role suits an all-rounder who is comfortable working across
applications, infrastructure, and end-user support, with ERP systems forming the
centrepiece of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role
in ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of business
processes enabled by technology.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for ERP system support,
including day-to-day administration, user support, issue resolution, and coordination
with vendors or implementation partners.
• This includes managing user access, roles, workflows, master data, reporting,
and system configuration while ensuring ERP modules align with business
operations such as finance, supply chain, payroll, HR, or manufacturing
(depending on the organisation’s ERP footprint).
• Being the technical lead on ERP implementation projects.
• In addition to ERP responsibilities, the role involves general IT administration
duties. These include managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, overseeing user
accounts and device provisioning, supporting Windows-based desktop and

hardware and software issues, and maintain documentation for systems,
processes, and procedures.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand
operational requirements, translate them into system improvements, and support
change initiatives such as ERP upgrades, module implementations, integrations, and
process optimisations. The IT Administrator will also contribute to cybersecurity best
practices, including patching, backups, access controls, and basic security
monitoring.

them is essential.
• Strong general IT administration skills are required, including experience with
Windows operating systems, Active Directory or Entra ID, Microsoft 365, basic
networking, and endpoint management.

user training, and supporting system upgrades or migrations will be highly
regarded.
• A working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or ERP integrations is
advantageous
The role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, prioritising
competing demands and communicating clearly with both technical and non technical users.

The ideal candidate is methodical, service-oriented, and proactive, with a genuine
interest in how technology enables business outcomes. Strong documentation skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in production environments are
essential. A willingness to learn new ERP modules, tools, and technologies is critical
for success in this role.

Business Systems are desirable.
• ERP vendor certifications or ITIL-based service management experience will be
