IT Administrator (In-house)

Responsibilities:

• Lead security strategy, conduct monthly phishing simulations, manage SSL/FATCA certificates, and drive staff awareness training.

• Manage AWS, Cloudflare, and server maintenance for WordPress and internal systems.

• Administer Office 365, Bitwarden, DocuSign, DeskPro, Slack, and Zoom while optimizing software licenses, vendor contracts, and IT costs.

• Lead key technical projects, including web asset decommissioning, system upgrades, and internal process enhancements.

• Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve ITSM tickets, and partner with Group IT on hardware and user onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Requirements:

• 5 years+ of solid experience in IT infrastructure, application system administration, and user/desktop support.

• Deep technical knowledge in managing and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 identity/security administration and Microsoft Azure environment management.

• Strong analytical and end-to-end troubleshooting skills across system, network, and SaaS platforms.

• Proven experience in automating device deployment, provisioning, and administrative workflows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to support stakeholders at all levels.
