Role Purpose:

We’re looking for IT Administration Graduates to join our Operations team at Solid Systems. This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy structure, coordination, problem-solving, and working with people, and who want to build a strong foundation in a modern IT service environment.

You’ll work closely with our:

  • Technical Coordination Team
  • Customer Success Team
  • Operations and Projects Teams
Your role is to help ensure work flows smoothly between teams and customers by making sure nothing is missed, delayed, or unclear.

Please note: This is not a hands-on technical support role. It’s an operations and coordination role that supports technical teams and customers.


What you will be doing:


Operations Support:
  • Support the day-to-day running of IT service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
  • Assist with operational reports and service data
  • Help ensure processes are followed, and information is up to date

Technical Coordination Support:

  • Understand and manage the ticket lifecycle
  • Ensure updates are logged correctly
  • Support scheduling, handovers, and follow-ups
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration (access, accounts, devices coordination)
  • Support documentation and quality checks across systems

Customer Success Support:

  • Tracking client requests and actions
  • Ensuring follow-through and clear communication
  • Keeping customer information and notes up to date
  • Help prepare client updates, reports, and service information
Team & Project Coordination:
  • Help schedule meetings, actions, and updates across teams
  • Take notes, track actions, and follow up to completion
  • Support collaboration between Operations, Technical, and Customer-facing teams
This is not a software development role. This is a technical support administration role.


Requirements

  • Completed or​ final-year qualification in: Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology or a related field
