We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator (Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure) to join our IT team, supporting our group companies across multiple locations and contributing to reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work alongside our IT administrators and in-house Cyber Security Specialist in a hands-on role covering Microsoft cloud services, hybrid infrastructure, endpoint management, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Maintaining hybrid identity services across locations, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, synchronization, and Group Policy.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access throughout employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Administering Microsoft Intune for device enrolment, configuration, application deployment, updates, and compliance.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Conditional Access, multifactor authentication (MFA), and related access controls in coordination with the IT Manager and Cyber Security Specialist.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server, VMware, Azure virtual machines, and associated services.
• Configuring and supporting Windows workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment, including software deployment, patching, and remote management.
• Monitoring backups, resolving failures, performing restore tests, and contributing to disaster recovery testing and documentation.
• Supporting office and cloud connectivity, conducting regular infrastructure health checks, and proactively identifying and escalating issues, risks, and service disruptions.
• Providing timely, professional user support and recording and tracking incidents and requests through the IT ticketing system.
• Implementing approved security controls and remediation actions in collaboration with the Cyber Security Specialist.
• Maintaining technical documentation, IT asset records, configurations, and operating procedures.
• Participating in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements, following established change-management and approval procedures.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers and supporting IT purchasing and invoice processing.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid Active Directory environments, including synchronization and infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Strong experience in Windows Server and Windows client administration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Practical experience with backup platforms, system and data recovery, and disaster recovery arrangements.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of IT security principles, including least privilege, secure configuration, and controlled changes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English, including the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical colleagues.
• A collaborative, and professional approach, with respect for confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and share knowledge, and the ability to take responsibility within agreed procedures.

Additional Qualifications Considered Asset:

• Familiarity with Sophos firewalls and endpoint protection.
• Experience with Veeam, Acronis, or NetWorker backup platforms and remote monitoring and management tools.
• Microsoft SC-900 and AZ-900 certifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
• PowerShell scripting skills for administration, reporting, and automation.
• Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager, Darktrace NDR, and Sophos MDR.
