Summary

The IT Administrator provides hands‑on support for global employees, managing Windows, macOS and Linux devices, administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Google Workspace, handling asset tracking, security and compliance, and leading IT projects and automation.

We are seeking a proactive and hands on IT Administrator to support and operate Kela's global IT environment.

This role combines end-user support, endpoint management, SaaS administration, identity management, security, compliance, and operational IT projects. The successful candidate must be comfortable handling both day-to-day operational tasks, such as preparing laptops and workstation setups, and more advanced initiatives such as onboarding new SaaS platforms, improving security posture, and supporting cross-functional business projects.

Responsibilities

User & IT Support: Deliver responsive, hands-on IT support and SLA-driven ticket resolution for global employees across the entire user lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).

Endpoint & Hardware Management: Configure, maintain, and manage the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, and Linux devices, mobile endpoints, and workplace/meeting room equipment.

Asset Tracking & Procurement: Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, track hardware throughout its usage, and coordinate procurement and logistics with vendors.

SaaS, Identity & Security: Administer enterprise SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace) while managing access controls, SSO, MFA, licensing, endpoint security, and compliance.

Projects & Process Automation: Lead IT operational projects and cross-functional initiatives (HR, Finance, Security, Ops) to drive automation, process efficiency, and technical documentation.

Infrastructure & Vendor Coordination: Support local office networks, printers, access control systems, and meeting rooms while coordinating with external vendors and service providers.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, IT Operations, or Technical Support.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management and security tools.
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, assets, and IT operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Advantage

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience with Intune, Jamf, Kandji, ManageEngine, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO27001 and SOC2 environments.
  • Experience supporting global teams.
