We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. The IT Admin will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, supporting end users, and implementing security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Active Directory

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime

Administer Office 365 / Google Workspace and other business applications

Implement and enforce IT security policies, firewalls, and backup procedures

Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues

Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures

Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT assets



Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

1–3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role

Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers)

Familiarity with Office 365 administration and cloud services

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA) are a plus
