Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, and network infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Manage IT assets, software licenses, inventory, user accounts, and access permissions. Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for procurement, support, and issue resolution. Monitor system health, security, performance, and endpoint security to ensure maximum uptime. Maintain IT documentation, reports, SOPs, and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS. Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and LAN/WAN. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or a similar role. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CCNA, or CompTIA will be an added advantage.
