What you'll be doing...…
Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware, software, network, and cloud platforms across local and regional offices.
Assist in user account management, IT equipment procurement, inventory tracking, and software licensing.
Support basic cybersecurity protocols, data backups, and routine system updates to maintain network security.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize operational workflows.
Assist with on-site IT setup or troubleshooting at regional offices if needed.
Facilitate the design and development of AI-driven proof-of-concept applications.
Convert user and business requirements into organized AI workflows and functional applications.
Create, compose, and enhance system prompts for agentic AI applications.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to validate use cases, assumptions, and results.
Present completed applications and articulate design choices clearly to non-technical users.
Assist in practical workshops for our teams on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment workflows.
Aid in translating complex AI concepts into straightforward, user-friendly explanations applicable in an educational setting.
Ad-hoc assignment as required.
What we're looking for....
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered).
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, AI agents, and Power Automate.
Strong problem-solving ability and a proven capacity to learn emerging multimodal and embodied AI technologies quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
Self-motivated, organised, and genuinely enthusiastic about frontier AI technologies; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
