Summary
IT analyst consulting for a banking client in Stockholm: gathers and documents functional/non-functional requirements, extracts and analyzes data, creates data mappings, performs AS-IS/TO-BE gap analyses, and helps design and document the target IT solution for trading/risk and financial-reporting systems. Hybrid, 2-3 days/week on-site.

Location Stockholm, 2-3 days/week at the office
As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for detailing selected IT solution requirements and collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to develop solutions that deliver value to customers.
You should be able to build a solid understanding of the business domain, as well as the data and systems supporting it.
Requirements Management & Data Analysis
Gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure alignment and transparency of requirements.
Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design.
Create data mappings.
Perform gap analyses between AS-IS and TO-BE solutions.
Solution Design
Analyze and contribute to IT solution design.
Document data flows and describe TO-BE solutions in writing.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Participate in relevant team ceremonies.
Proactively identify solutions without the need for escalation.
Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
Openly share achievements and challenges during daily stand-ups and request support from the team or relevant capabilities when needed.
Demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve, both individually and as part of the team.
Contribute to evaluation, improvement, and knowledge-sharing activities at train and capability levels.

Key Deliverables
Documented solution requirements with acceptance criteria.
Documented TO-BE IT solution.
Detailed Solution Design document.
Must-Have Knowledge & Experience
Experience and understanding of trading products and related risk and settlement processes.
Knowledge and experience in capital and financial reporting, such as COREP and Basel IV.
Nice-to-Have Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge and experience with Nasdaq Calypso trading systems, particularly the middle-office and back-office functionalities.
Experience with Snowflake and SAS.
