Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN — the analyst has used these in daily work and is able to document analysis results using these methodologies

  • Experience working in Agile projects

  • Ability to describe and split requirements into epics and user stories

  • Experience conducting requirement-gathering workshops and business process modeling, as well as documenting and analyzing collected requirements

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions

  • At least basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases — data analysis skills

  • Experience creating project documentation and post-implementation documentation according to established standards

  • Minimum 3 years of experience (mid-level)

  • Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to identify dependencies, relationships, and inconsistencies

  • English proficiency at B2 level

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the insurance industry

  • Participation in projects involving the development of new systems
