IT Analyst
Requirements:
Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN — the analyst has used these in daily work and is able to document analysis results using these methodologies
Experience working in Agile projects
Ability to describe and split requirements into epics and user stories
Experience conducting requirement-gathering workshops and business process modeling, as well as documenting and analyzing collected requirements
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
At least basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases — data analysis skills
Experience creating project documentation and post-implementation documentation according to established standards
Minimum 3 years of experience (mid-level)
Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to identify dependencies, relationships, and inconsistencies
English proficiency at B2 level
Nice to have:
Experience in the insurance industry
Participation in projects involving the development of new systems
