IT Analyst - Master Data Management MDM

Supports business and IT objectives by designing, implementing, and maintaining Informatica MDM solutions. Leads system improvements, ensures data quality and governance, and may lead small projects or teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions across on-premises and SaaS environments.
• Support system enhancement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data quality through monitoring, validation, and source-data reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain MDM architectures, data models, integrations, and ETL processes.
• Configure and customize Informatica MDM, web services, and data loads.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support technical design reviews, implementation planning, and SDLC compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Informatica MDM design, development, support, and operations.
• Strong experience with Informatica MDM SaaS and on-premises solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Data Director, Data Quality, Data Controls, and ETL development.
• Experience in MDM architecture, data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise data integration technologies, including ETL, data services, and replication.
• Proven experience with data modeling, data mapping, and master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Product).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and development best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
