Detailed Description:
As a Snowflake Analyst, you will be tasked with detailing selected IT solution requirements and collaborating with architects and business counterparts to ensure delivery of value to customers. You will need to build a solid understanding of the business domain, along with the data and systems that support it.
Main Responsibilities:
Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements, acting as a bridge between business and IT.
Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources to inform requirements analysis and solution design.
Create data mappings.
Perform gap analysis between current and target solutions.
Contribute to IT solution design and document data flows clearly.
Participate in relevant team ceremonies and seek to identify solutions independently.
Manage stakeholders to create alignment across the organization.
Engage in continuous learning and support team improvement efforts.

Key Requirements:
Experience in requirements management and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in documenting solutions and data flows.
Ability to perform gap analysis and support IT solution design.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
