Model of work: hybrid (3days per week work from office Warsaw/ Gdansk/ Gdynia/ Lodz)
Type of contract: B2B contract, long-term cooperation
Rate: 140 PLN net+ vat/ hour
Summary: This role focuses on acting as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, specifically as a Snowflake Analyst. Its primary objective is to detail IT solution requirements to ensure effective project delivery and customer value.
Main Responsibilities:
Detail selected IT solution requirements.
Collaborate with architects and business counterparts to develop effective solutions.
Build an understanding of the business domain as well as the data and systems supporting it.
Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure alignment of requirements between business and IT.
Analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources for requirements analysis and solution design.
Create data mappings and perform gap analysis.
Analyze and contribute to IT solution design documentation.
Participate actively in relevant team ceremonies and daily stand-ups.
Manage stakeholders to secure alignment across the organization.
Share achievements and challenges openly while seeking team support for improvements.
Key Requirements:
Experience in requirements management and data analysis.
Proven ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience with Snowflake.
Skill in data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
Team participation and stakeholder management.
Continuous learning and self-improvement approach.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in IT consulting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
