IT ANALYST
Summary
The IT Analyst designs, deploys, and maintains IT systems, troubleshoots technical issues, analyzes system performance data, manages IT projects and CRM platforms, and trains new hires on internal systems like CRM and the YZS App.
Responsibilities
- System Design and Implementation: Develop, deploy, and maintain IT systems that meet organizational needs, including software, hardware, and network solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve IT issues, providing technical support to employees and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze system performance, interpret complex data, and generate reports to inform business decisions Indeed.
- Project Management: Participate in IT projects, assess technical impacts, test system modifications, and support deployments and CRM management.
- CRM and Users' Training: Provide basic training and guidance to new hire on systems and processes, translating technical information for non-technical users, like CRM, Infotech, YZS App, etc.
