IT and Marketing Project Manager

Summary

Project Manager at TechUnit (a digital & development agency) leading combined software development and digital marketing projects end to end — serving as the client point of contact, coordinating developers and PPC/SEO/content teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Core toolkit: Agile/Scrum workflows and PM tools like ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or Trello.

About TechUnit

TechUnit is a full-cycle digital & development agency combining marketing, technology, and strategy.
We've completed 50+ projects, helped clients raise over $2M, and built a strong team of 20+ specialists working across SaaS, digital tools, and full marketing ecosystems.
We move fast, stay curious, and value people who bring both structure and creativity.

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager who can confidently lead both development and marketing workstreams.
You'll be the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, well-organized workflows, and high-quality deliverables across two disciplines — tech and marketing.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients across combined marketing + development projects.
Translate client requests into clear tasks for design, development, PPC, SEO, and content teams.
Oversee digital marketing and development projects from planning to delivery.
Coordinate cross-functionally with developers, PPC/SEO/content specialists, and analysts.
Review final deliverables (copy, visuals, functionality, logic) before client handoff.
Collect feature and campaign requests, and help prioritize sprints/workload accordingly.
Monitor timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across both tracks to keep projects on track.
Prepare regular client updates, insights, and weekly reports covering both marketing and tech progress.
Identify risks early, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with structure and empathy.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in project management spanning marketing and/or software development.
Understanding of both digital marketing workflows (Google Ads, SEO, social media) and development workflows (Agile/Scrum, release cycles).
Experience with project tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Ability to switch context comfortably between technical and marketing conversations.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to align different teams.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and time-management.
Empathy and people-first mindset.
Nice to have: experience managing full-funnel projects (from ad campaign to landing page to product feature) end-to-end.
