About the role

IT Support and SAP B1 Technician (M/F/X) Do you have experience working with SAP Business One and do you enjoy combining incident management with user support? We are looking for a resourceful person to become the internal point of reference for IT support and SAP operational management. Main functions Management and monitoring of incidents in SAP Business One (SAP B1). First-level user support in SAP and coordination of incidents when escalation is required. Data extraction and report generation using SQL and Crystal Reports. Technical support for users, computer equipment, email, and printers. Basic configuration and maintenance of IT systems and equipment. Requirements Experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1). Experience in SAP incident management and resolution. Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports for report generation. Experience in technical user support. Practical, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented profile. Very important SAP is the main requirement for the position. The first interview will include a practical SAP test. We are not looking for an expert SAP consultant, but rather a person accustomed to working daily with SAP B1 and managing incidents autonomously. Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports will be especially valued, as they will allow for a much faster onboarding. We offer Permanent contract. Job stability and autonomy in the position.
