IT and Software Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

You will manage the purchasing, budgeting, contracting, and renewal of internal IT solutions and software. You will track licenses, usage, and costs; review existing solution usage; support solution operations; and coordinate with vendors and relevant internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchases, budget approvals, contracts, and renewals for internal IT solutions and software
• Manage IT solution licenses, usage status, and costs
• Review usage of existing IT solutions and support their operation
• Coordinate with solution vendors and relevant departments
• Support other IT solution operations and management tasks

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT/software procurement and contract management
• Ability to negotiate vendor pricing and contract terms
• Understanding of diverse SaaS products and licensing policies
• No restrictions on overseas travel
