Position Summary and Context

Reporting to the Business Systems and Technology Manager, the IT and Systems Support Coordinator is Glen Education’s first point of contact for ICT support, resolving requests and supporting systems, processes and technology in line with strategic and operational objectives. You will support the development and implementation of systems, applications and internal IT infrastructure, working with internal teams and external IT partners based at our Bentleigh East office where the role will provide a mix of remote access and on-site support to our current 25 kindergarten services.

The role is solutions-focused and collaborative, taking an innovative approach to supporting stakeholders across Glen Education services. It promotes opportunities to use technology to improve organisational processes and operational outcomes, supporting cybersecurity standards and protocols, contributing recommendations based on current best practice to enable strong business outcomes. You will ensure that all devices and operations are running effectively with reliable technology access, whilst supporting the evolvement of organisational analytics and insights through data reporting, quality and compliance.

This role is a part-time, fixed term opportunity for 6 months until March 2027, with the potential of becoming permanent thereafter.
