Description:
The IT Application Analyst is responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance and support of enterprise applications and data integrations. The Application Analyst will also contribute to reporting and data analytics activities in collaboration with the enterprise
Job Functions:
- Develops and maintains in depth understanding of clinical, operational or other specialized applications and systems.
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and other business leaders to design workflows, reports and other application configurations that are optimized for the business need(s).
- Monitor workflows and usage to continuously improve applications; balancing ease-of-use, compliance, and data requirements.
- Lead testing of new and/or upgraded applications and integrations with deep collaboration with operational teams.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the vendor roadmaps for enhancements and future releases.
- Collaborate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business partners to integrate applications with other systems within the IT landscape.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and maintain secure and reliable applications and data
- Provide Tier2/Tier3 user support for enterprise applications.
- Works with software vendors in implementing systems and resolving systems issues
- Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, standard operating procedures and protocols that build knowledge for IT support staff as well as business users.
