IT APPLICATION SUPPORT STAFF
About the role
This role involves maintaining and monitoring application systems and databases, including Web Application, SAP, and POS. You will provide technical support, application configuration, and troubleshooting for system-related issues, and offer guidance to end users regarding application usage and functionality. You will monitor application and data processing to ensure business operations run smoothly and meet required SLAs, and collaborate with IT and Software Development teams to support application testing, system enhancement, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and monitor application systems and databases, including Web Application, SAP, and POS
Provide technical support, application configuration, and troubleshooting for system-related issues
Provide guidance and support to end users regarding application usage and functionality
Monitor application and data processing to ensure business operations run smoothly and meet the required SLA
Collaborate with IT and Software Development teams to support application testing, system enhancement, and issue resolution
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant internship or project experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support, System Support, or related roles is preferred
Good understanding of SQL and database management
Basic understanding of application troubleshooting and functional analysis
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Willing to work and be placed in Bandung
