Location: Scottsdale, AZ -- Hybrid/On-Site
Pay: $80,000-$120,000

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly hands-on IT Architect who can work across Azure, applications, integrations, reporting, business requirements, and technical support. This is not a traditional enterprise architecture role; the ideal candidate is an adaptable technology generalist who can quickly learn new systems, solve problems, and work directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and support applications and services within Microsoft Azure

• Manage Entra ID, RBAC, permissions, and access management

• Configure and connect Azure services, including Azure Functions

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Document workflows, integrations, specifications, and system configurations

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions

• Work with SQL, relational databases, Tableau, and/or Power BI

• Validate data and troubleshoot reporting and integration issues

• Support application implementations, testing, deployments, and production issues

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Experience

• Azure administration and application provisioning

• Entra ID, RBAC, permissions, and Azure Functions

• SQL and relational databases

• Dashboard/report development and data validation

• APIs, application integrations, data flows, or ETL/middleware

• Business requirements gathering and technical documentation

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment

Preferred Experience

• JD Edwards/JDE

• API development and integration

• Medical device or regulated/FDA environments
