IT Asset Management Consulting and Audit
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in lab operations, hardware setup, and infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking devices, and rack infrastructure.
- Experience with Linux (Ubuntu/variants) and Windows administration.
- Familiarity with Qualys, ServiceNow (SNOW), Armis, or similar asset management tools.
- Understanding of structured cabling, power management, and rack design.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and connectivity issues.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to data center or lab environment management.
- Experience supporting engineering, validation, or testing labs.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (L1/L2 troubleshooting).
Soft Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process adherence and compliance.
