Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Asset & Warehouse Operations Associate to support the receiving, handling, tagging, testing, packing, storage and dispatch of IT equipment. The role involves working closely with warehouse and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely asset processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify and process incoming IT equipment and hardware.

• Perform asset tagging, RFID/barcode labelling and verification.

• Conduct basic physical and operational checks on IT devices before dispatch.

• Pack, store, pick and prepare IT assets for deployment or transportation.

• Maintain accurate asset records, checklists and inventory information.

• Assist with stock counts, asset reconciliation and inventory checks.

• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety, security and asset-handling procedures.

• Coordinate with technical teams and escalate asset discrepancies or issues.

• Support other warehouse and operational activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, production, manufacturing or asset-handling environments.

• Experience handling IT equipment or electronics is an advantage.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems, spreadsheets or checklists.

• Good attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow SOPs.

• Able to safely lift and move equipment and perform routine warehouse activities.
