Description
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
Identifies hardware and software solutions.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots technical problem/s.
Resolves network issues.
Installs and configures hardware and software.
Supports the roll-out of new applications.
Provides support in the form of procedural documentation.
Tests and evaluates new technologies.
Conducts electrical safety checks on equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information and Technology
At least two (2) years of experience in Tech Support, Desktop Support, or a similar role
Proficient with Windows/Linux/Mac OS
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Detail-oriented and can keep confidential information
