Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month
Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team to oversee and enhance IT operations, ensuring a secure and efficient infrastructure that aligns with business goals. Contribute to innovative digital transformation initiatives while managing vital applications and services.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions, and end-user devices, ensuring optimal performance.
Administer and support business applications, particularly SAP Business One, addressing user access, system issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
Implement cybersecurity measures to protect information assets, including monitoring, patch management, and incident response.
Support compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) through appropriate access controls and data protection practices.
Manage backup operations and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
Identify and assist in implementing digital technologies and automation to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
Help develop and maintain business reports and dashboards using reporting tools to improve decision-making.
Coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely execution by collaborating with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Assist in monitoring the annual IT budget and software expenditures, maintaining records of IT assets.
Provide responsive IT support to end users, including training and developing user documentation.
Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by management to support business operations.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
Hands-on experience in supporting ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One.
Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure management, and network administration.
Proven ability in IT project coordination and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
Technical knowledge in SAP Business One, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud technologies, and reporting tools like Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on effective technology solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proactive and adaptable, with a dedication to continuous improvement and learning.
