Responsibilities

• Responsible for Collection, Analysis, Uploading and Rectification of Data

• Assist in trouble shooting ERP / APP system & participate in system upgrade projects

• Support and coordinate with internal stakeholders on data related requests

• Build and Maintain effective communication with various parties to achieve meeting work requests timely

• Perform daily troubleshooting of errors encountered during data uploading or extraction

• General application support and basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or relevant disciplines

• Keen interest in IT Data Base Systems and Software system experience

• Possess SQL or C++ or Python knowledge
