IT Audit Cyber Security Dept Head

Summary

Leads cybersecurity audit and threat intelligence for a financial institution, managing incident response, developing security procedures, and reviewing penetration testing/vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance and resilience.

Job Description :

Established threat intelligence capabilities covering people, process and technology from stretch.

Managed several critical engagements and ensure smooth and meet expectation delivery.

Part of security incident response team to provide tactical information and response against potential incident or

event of attack.

Provide regular update on cyber security emerging threats to bank-wide audience include BOD.

Performed cyber simulation testing regularly to measure the response effectiveness and awareness of security

incident management.

Provide security recommendation on BAU activities such as bounty hunter report, new/ enhancement of product

or service, adoption of security technology.

Developed bank-wide incident response procedure and playbook.

Review and approve deviation of penetration testing findings.

Review Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing quality.


Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology

Experience min 15 years in IT Audit and current role now focusing on Audit Cyber Security

Have deep experience in managing number of cybersecurity engagement, such as cybersecurity assessment &

Roadmap development, QA of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) implementation, System

security & readiness review and IT Due diligence.

Certified CISA

Not more than 42 years old
