IT Automation Solution Architect
Summary
Designs and implements automation solutions across business processes such as Access, Revenue Cycle, ERP, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain, leveraging RPA, AI/ML, API integrations, UI Path, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies.
Duties:
Responsible for participating in the identification and understanding of business problems, overall design, implementation and automation solutions coordination across various business processes including Access and Revenue Cycle, ERP, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain; support the continual advancement of automation in Business Applications, applying a deep understanding of automation technologies, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, ML, and API integrations, in order to optimize and streamline operations; under the general direction of Automation Program Manager and Director/Leadership, will be a member of the Automation Center of Excellence and perform activities following HFHS standards and processes; collaborate with client business and IT/technical teams through shadowing and process mapping to understand business processes, identify automation use cases and assist in development of ROI; develop and design automation solutions and architectures that meet business requirements; create detailed architectural documents and diagrams to communicate design decisions; coordinate the development and implementation of automation solutions using UI Path and Microsoft Power Platform; ensure best practices are followed in coding standards, security, and compliance; work with various stakeholders to integrate automation solutions with existing systems, including Revenue Cycle, ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications; design and implement API integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between systems; utilize and apply knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, SSRS, REST Services, SDLC, SharePoint, JavaScript, Python, NLP and predictive analytics to complete assigned tasks; provide technical guidance and consulting services to the internal IT and operational teams; develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the robustness and reliability of automation solutions; monitor and troubleshoot automations solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance; and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.
Location: Detroit, Michigan, and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree)
Training: None;
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Lead Solution Architect, as a Technical Project Lead, as a Sr. Software Engineer, as an Automation Lead, as an Assistant Consultant, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include three (3) years use of all the following: Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, SSRS, REST Services, SDLC, SharePoint, JavaScript, Python, NLP and predictive analytics.
