IT Business Analyst

Salary: Rp 5.800.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst in technology, software development, or digital products.

• Experienced in creating FSD, API documentation, system documentation, technical specifications, system flows, and user guides.

• Understands API fundamentals (REST/JSON, SOAP), database schemas (PK/FK), SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.

• Familiar with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Redoc, or similar tools.

• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.

• Able to produce clear, structured, and consistent documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Detail-oriented, communicative, proactive, and able to collaborate across Product, Business, and Engineering teams.

• Capable of managing documentation versions, conducting reviews, and meeting deadlines.
