IT Business Analyst

Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱130,000 per month

About the role:

Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, leading requirements management, process analysis, solution design, and user acceptance activities. Leverage strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Lead Consultant (5+ years of relevant experience) with strong ownership and leadership capabilities.

• Experience at least 5 years in IT Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.

• Experience in SAP tables and process knowledge for any of the following domains – preferably Sales and Finance.

• Proven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.

• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.

• Experience managing requirements from discovery through implementation and adoption.

• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements management, and data analysis techniques. Strong understanding of reporting, KPI development, data governance, and data quality management.

• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools.

• Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures. Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
