IT BUSINESS ANALYST (AI background required) l night shift, hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions.

• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.

• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis.

• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
