Job Responsibilities
- Map project scope, including stakeholders, decision owners, business capabilities, entities, people, sites and operating processes.
- Establish a clear fact base covering capabilities that will move, remain, be shared or require change across assets, contracts, licences, systems, services and data.
- Facilitate interviews and workshops with business, technology and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business objectives and commercial obligations into clear functional, non-functional, security, data, service and transition requirements.
- Coordinate inventories across applications, data, integrations, identities, infrastructure, networks, cloud, operational technology, vendors, contracts and licences.
- Map dependencies between services and components, business capabilities, owners, criticality and operational requirements.
- Support option assessments by documenting rationale, impacts, assumptions and decisions.
- Define temporary service requirements, including scope, volumes, controls, service levels, dependencies and exit criteria.
- Maintain traceability between approved requirements and design, migration, testing and activation outcomes.
- Develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support reconciliation, testing and evidence capture.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese is required to facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions and documentation with Japanese-speaking business and technology stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience within complex technology or transformation programmes.
- Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.
- Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams and subject matter.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting major rehearsal, migration, activation and stabilisation activities when required.
