IT Business Analyst
Salary: $5,000 – $7,500 per month
About the role
As a business analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Review current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements or user stories
Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business users
Support solution design, testing, and implementation
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders
Prepare business process flows, reports, and documentation
Perform data analysis to support decision-making
Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
Help manage change by supporting user training and adoption
About you
Diploma/Degree in Business Information System/Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields
At least 2 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project support
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with requirement gathering, process mapping, and testing
Relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile-related certification can be an advantage
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, exciting environment
Familiar with use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Deepseek) to assist to automate simple work processes
