IT Business Analyst

- Must have more than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT or related field.
- Preferred: Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in business analytics.
- Preferred: Entry-level Project Management certification.
