IT Business Analyst

Salary: ₱75,000 – ₱80,000 per month

Job Details: We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions, optimize workflows, manage functional documentation, and support system rollouts.

• POSITION: IT Business Analyst

• WORK SETUP: Hybrid / On-site Deployment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases

• Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs

• Produce clear project documentation including functional requirements documents, user stories, and system diagrams

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of developed solutions to validate requirements and ensure defect-free implementation

• Collaborate with project managers on project timelines, milestones, risk identification, and mitigation strategies

• Assist in developing training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Accounting

• Minimum of 3 years solid working experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Mandatory exposure to SAP applications or Financial Systems

• Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and user testing

• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
