IT Business Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Having 2–3 years of working experience in the life insurance industry.
• Having a background in Insurance industry is preferred.
• Required Mandatory skills: Background IT Business Analyst (BA)
• Understanding of API Communication is advantages
• Good in time management & project monitoring.
• Understanding of IT SDLC processes
• Understanding in basic SQL and programming logic
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong ownership and team spirit
• Good collaboration skills to work with cross function teams and problem solver Skill
Job Desc:
Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth daily operation
Identify areas for team improvement and implement effective solutions.
Manage Requirement (Project Request, Change Request, Service Request).
Assess all client business processes.
Business process analysis and Documents the business requirements from the

Business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system
specifications.
Identifies areas for improvement/enhancement on existing systems and/or fresh idea to support different initiatives of the company.
Program Quality Control Test to make sure the program work according to business needs.
Identifies all possible test scenario and prepare the test plan for the systems under development.

Prepare and documents BRD (Business Requirement Document), Testing Scenario &
UAT (User Acceptance Test) with user.
