Your Day-to-Day

• Documentation and Governance - Produce high-quality documentation including project charter, stakeholder matrix, workshop plans, requirement specifications, requirements traceability matrix or RTM, process flows, decision logs and any other business document that may be relevant to help the project team in progressing with initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal governance, templates, and change control processes.

• Lead Requirements Elicitation - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements to

elicit, validate, and document comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements,

including performance, operational, system, reporting, security, scalability, and usability needs.

• Define and Maintain Business Processes - Develop and maintain detailed As-Is and To-Be process

models using BPMN 2.0 standards, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying

opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Backlog and Scope Management - Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to define

and refine Requirements, acceptance criteria, epics, Features, and User Stories. Ensure backlog items

are well-articulated, prioritised, and ready for grooming and sprint planning sessions.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication - Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Act as a liaison to ensure shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and project objectives.

• Quality Assurance and Traceability - Create and manage traceability matrices to ensure all

requirements are tracked throughout the project lifecycle. Support testing teams by reviewing test cases and validating that solutions meet business needs.

• Continuous Improvement and Best Practices - Identify and promote the reuse of common business

processes and contribute to the development and refinement of business analysis standards, tools, and methodologies.

• Project Support and Coordination - Participate in project meetings (e.g., stand-ups, sprint reviews,

retrospectives) and project meetings. Support project coordination activities including reporting, risk

tracking, and milestone monitoring.

• Solution Validation and Implementation Support - Collaborate with solution designers, developers,

and testers to ensure the delivered solution aligns with business expectations. Support UAT and postimplementation reviews.

• Drive Business Value - Ensure that all analysis activities are aligned with the strategic objectives of

the business and contribute to delivering measurable value.
