IT Business Analyst – Digital Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – Digital Solutions who can connect business needs with technology solutions and help turn ideas into practical, user-friendly digital products.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to understand business challenges, define requirements, and support the delivery of technology solutions from discovery through testing and implementation.
You will play a key role in making sure that business requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and translated into solutions that deliver real business value.
What You’ll Do
Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
Analyze business processes, pain points, and opportunities and identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and user experience.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Requirements Specifications Documents (RSD), process flows, and user stories.
Develop Gherkin scenarios and acceptance criteria to help QA teams validate system functionality.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UI/UX Designers, and other technology teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Delivery, IT Solution Delivery, or a related role.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
Experience working on digital platforms, mobile applications, CRM, loyalty platforms, or enterprise applications is an advantage
