Summary
IT Business Analyst supporting APAC SAP ERP products (Service Operations, Project Operations, Procurement, MM) — leading fit-gap workshops, managing backlogs, and driving process standardization and convergence.
Position Summary
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support APAC ERP products covering Service Operations, Project Operations, Procurement and Materials Management processes. The role will participate in ERP enhancement, process standardization, and ERP convergence initiatives across APAC.
Preferred Experience
• 5-7 years IT Business Analysis experience
• 3-5 years ERP experience
• Experience in SAP MM, Procurement, Service Operations, Project Operations or Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze current processes and facilitate fit-gap workshops
• Design future-state processes
• Manage product backlog and enhancement prioritization
• Support release planning
• Prepare business requirements and coordinate testing
• Support deployment and adoption
Functional Knowledge
SAP MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, Service Operations, Service Contracts, Work Orders, Project Operations, Cost Tracking, Project Billing
Preferred Technical Skills
SAP ECC, SAP MM, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Jira
Ideal Candidate
Hands-on ERP process knowledge, able to independently run workshops, comfortable interacting with business leaders, and interested in moving from project delivery to product ownership.
