What a day-to-day looks like:

  • You’ll elicit, analyse and document business requirements

  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders
  • Provide clear reporting and actively manage risks, issues and dependencies

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in requirements elicitation and management, process mapping, gap analysis and solution evaluation within a busy, changing IT environment

  • Holding a PMP or PRINCE2 qualification would be an advantage
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and quickly build an understanding of complex systems, processes and stakeholder needs is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences is essential.

Farmers staff enjoy:

  • A competitive remuneration package
  • Access to generous staff discounts and perks across the JPL group
  • Opportunity to work with leading technology
  • Discounted health insurance
  • Support and encouragement to reach your personal and professional goals

This is a great opportunity to work for one of New Zealand's most loved department stores and make a real difference!

*Please note that we will be relocating to the new Support Office on Pitt Street in July 2027*
