IT Business Analyst (Insurance)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyze business problems, objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Assess end-to-end business and system impacts to define solution options and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain BA deliverables including requirements, process flows, data models, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, discussions, and sign-off activities among stakeholders.
• Coordinate business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Lead project planning, progress tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
• Lead and support SIT, UAT, Implementation, PVT, and change management activities.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, audit, and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years direct experience on Business Analyst or System Analyst in Insurance industry.
Ability to analyze complex business problems, evaluate solution options, and assess end-to-end business and system impacts.
Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Able to find creative solutions to problems and adapt to new challenges in term of innovative.
Strong organizational skills and communication skills desired.
