Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- One (1) year of experience in software configuration, application support, or related IT operations.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to pass a Police background investigation.
- Valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages and software tools, including SQL, reporting and GIS-supported systems.
- Familiarity with public safety technology and cyber security standards.
