IT Business Analyst

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱85,000 per month

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience handling SDLC projects. The role will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.

• Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA, and project teams.

• Participate in different phases of the SDLC.

• Support UAT, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.

• Identify process improvements and system requirements.

• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and properly documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Experience handling SDLC projects.

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.

• Strong background in Procurement processes.

• Actual experience working on ERP implementation, upgrade, or replacement projects.

• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
