IT Business Analyst Specialist – Production Applications (MES) | EXPAT POSITION
Summary
The IT Business Analyst Specialist will coordinate the rollout and implementation of the MES PLUS Next Generation system at the Mercedes-Benz manufacturing plant in Jawor. The role involves bridging the gap between local production teams and central IT to manage requirements, testing, and system stabilization.
Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland is preparing for the future launch of VAN production and the implementation of MES PLUS Next Generation (PLUS.NG), the next-generation Manufacturing Execution System. To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst Specialist who will act as a key coordinator between local production teams, central product teams and business stakeholders during the rollout, commissioning and stabilization phases.
- Coordinate local PLUS.NG rollout activities across production areas and supporting functions.
- Manage requirements, GAP analysis and implementation measures together with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support preparation and execution of testing, commissioning, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Coordinate dependencies related to system integrations, master data, infrastructure and shopfloor interfaces.
- Track progress, risks, actions and defects using Jira and Confluence.
- Act as the interface between local teams, production, engineering, quality and central product organizations.
- Transfer PLUS.NG knowledge and support the development of sustainable local support capabilities.
