IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities
- Analysebusiness needs and translate them into clear, delivery-ready requirements
- Maintain requirements, backlog items, decisionlogs, and project documentation
- Support workshops, requirements clarificationsessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Perform impact analysis and identify gaps,risks, assumptions, and dependencies
- Support testing activities, defect triage, andbusiness validation
- Build and maintain project knowledge repositories and working documentation
- Assist with project coordination, action tracking, follow-ups, and delivery preparation
Key Requirements
- 3–7years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related domain
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and supporting delivery documentation
- Comfortable working with developers, architects, testers, and other technical stakeholders
- Able to understand APIs, integrations, dataflows, and system interactions at a functional level
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Able to navigate complex projects involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
