IT Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY / PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• The IT Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business units and IT, responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements. The role ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency standards.

• The position plays a key role across the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• At least 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or project support

• Experience in banking systems (e.g., Core Banking, ATM Switch, digital channels) is an advantage

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
