IT BUSINESS ANALYST (WMS System/ Power Automate)

• Salary: $4000 - $5000

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Location: Changi North (Company Transport provided at Tampines MRT)

• Permanent Role + Bonus + 15AL + Annual Increment

Job Responsibilities

• Support and maintain WMS, Power Forms, and other business applications.

• Troubleshoot application and B2B integration issues.

• Coordinate with vendors for system support, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Develop basic integrations and scripts when required.

• Support system improvement and automation projects.

• Provide user training and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in application support within logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.

• Good knowledge of WMS.

• Basic programming/scripting skills such as Macros, PHP, Power Apps, or equivalent.
