- Lead business analysis across multiple change initiatives, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Produce specifications for IT solutions including UI design, data models, process changes, and interfaces
- Apply requirements engineering techniques such as elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, and traceability
- Use stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture accurate requirements
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models and support gap analysis for transition planning
- Manage stakeholder communications across all levels
- Ensure User Acceptance Testing is completed and support related testing activities

We are Yorkshire Water, a water utility company based in the Yorkshire region of England, and we are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Technology team. We provide essential water and wastewater services to over 5.4 million people across the region, protecting communities and the environment while supporting the health, wellbeing, and prosperity of Yorkshire. This is a permanent role based in Leeds Valley Park with hybrid working, requiring three days in the office each week.
