PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in IT Infrastructure & Managed Services industry in finding great talent as a Business Development Manager with the requirement as follows:
Working location: Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure and IT Manage services.
Conduct canvassing and outbound prospecting activities to grow the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially within building and property management sectors.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
Contribute to mid-term team building and provide leadership guidance as the BD function expands.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within IT Consulting, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, or Networking solutions.
Demonstrated track record as a Hunter — achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts (Networking, Cabling, System Integration) and IT Managed services.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
